If you’re planning a perfect day of bonding well in advance, then a big well done to you. But if Father’s Day in Dubai totally slipped your mind and now you’re frantically searching for something to do while scribbling your name on a card, don’t worry, we’ve got you.

 

The day itself is celebrated on different dates around the world, so you can make the most of a selection of events spanning from June 16-21. UK and US Father’s Day falls first on Sunday, June 16, followed by UAE Father’s Day on June 21.

Sunday roast at The Nine

You can’t go wrong with a Sunday roast. Get the whole family over to The Nine at the Sofitel on June 16 for an afternoon of traditional dishes and flavours. Chow down on some impressive Yorkshire puddings, and choose between succulent roast beef, chicken or lamb.

Take in an exhibition on fatherhood

If you want something a little bit different, mark this one in your diary for June 13. Running for one month, the Ouisam works are titled A Short Story About Father Hood, and will transform the lobby at the Rixos Premium hotel into a gallery.

Is your dad looking for something new to go in his man cave, or a one-off-piece for the office?
