The program includes a set of specialized training modules, most notably building a professional image and effective communication, active listening skills and communication channels, presentation and presentation skills, the basics of information technology and artificial intelligence, goal management and skills development, distinguishing between coaching and mentoring, as well as delegation and motivation skills.
