The company &#8211; the official waste management partner for Expo 2020 Dubai &#8211; was given the honour in recognition of its significant contributions towards securing the UAE Government Accelerators\u2019 objectives in Emiratisation.<\/div>\n<div class=\"desc-content\">In presenting the award, His Excellency Nasser bin Thani Juma Al Hamli, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, listed Dulsco as a \u2018Best Employers\u2019 in the retail sector for its outstanding efforts in hiring UAE nationals. Organised by the ministry, the awarding ceremony was held at the Palazzo Versace Dubai Hotel, where David Stockton, Dulsco\u2019s Managing director and CEO and Mahdi Mohammed, Dulsco\u2019s COO of Business Support Services, accepted the honour on behalf of the company.<\/div>\n<div class=\"desc-content\">Dulsco\u2019s award is the latest of many the company has received from the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, earning it a silver membership in the Tawteen Partners Club, the organisation that recognises private sector involvement in Emiratisation. The departments that Emiratis working at Dulsco have joined include customer services, government relations, marketing, human resources, QHSE management and commercial management.<\/div>\n<div class=\"desc-content\">Dulsco\u2019s business and operational strategies place a priority on investment in and training of local talents and setting programmes to ensure their career development.
