The past year has been a milestone year for Dulsco Group; marking 90 years of operation and meaningful growth. Dulsco Group joins only a handful of Emirati-established organisations which are older than the nation itself and we are incredibly proud to be on the path to our centenary.
As a company that began its journey with a simple vision, today, I’m proud that we’ve forged a multifaceted operation, leading globally in Dulsco People, Dulsco Environment, Parisima, and Advance Global Recruitment.
In the last 12 months we’ve recorded a growth of 17 per cent per cent compared to 2024 in the Talent Solutions space; placing more than 1,300 employees across different sectors and a combined clients base of 126 clients in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
For People Solutions space, we continue to support key sectors including aviation, construction, oil and gas along with making significant headway in the defence and logistics sectors. Having catered to these sectors over the past decade, we’ve witnessed firsthand how recruitment has evolved in response to the changing needs of the UAE’s economy as well as the shifting workforce requirements of the region.
To adapt to this shift, we’ve invested heavily in training, upskilling, and embracing new technology. Our focus has been on looking beyond technical skills and finding candidates with the right attitude and cultural alignment for every level of hiring.
At the same time, we have and will continue to integrate AI, psychometrics, and a hands-on learning experience to reform the way we prepare workers to meet clients’ needs.
In our Environmental Solutions business, we significantly expanded our operations in several key areas. As part of our recycling business, we serviced over 3,000 clients and our integrated waste management operations handled over 1.3 million tonnes of waste and achieved an impressive 78 per cent waste diversion rate. These efforts collectively helped our customers avoid over 108,400 tonnes of CO₂e emissions.
We also advanced our sustainability efforts with the installation of a total of 1,655 solar panels, including 1,250 new panels across the rooftops of our staff accommodation facilities, in line with the UAE Energy Strategy 2050.
Over the next 30 years, they are expected to cut around 20,176,385 kilogrammes of CO₂ emissions and generate an estimated 44,836,410 kWh of clean energy.
Another major step towards reducing carbon footprint has been the moving of our entire diesel fleet of 75 vehicles from BS95 to BS93 – increasing our biofuel content from 5 per cent to 7 per cent through the use of Neutral Fuel’s biodiesel.
This move has successfully reduced our carbon emissions by 267,934.96 kilogrammes of CO₂e in 2024 alone, the equivalent to carbon sequestered by 4,430 tree seedlings grown for 10 years and the removal of 62.5 fossil fuelled cars off the road for an entire year.
Dulsco Group champions a strong culture of volunteerism and environmental responsibility. In 2025, we recorded 3,017 volunteering hours and delivered 45 CSR activities up to November.
Our achievements would not be possible without our dedicated teams, who embody the Dulsco Group values and purpose every day. Collectively, we strive to be better today than we were yesterday, every day.
In 2026, we remain committed to our business and people goals. For us, 2026 will be the year of continued momentum wherein our focus will be on doing what we do best in terms of customer service and supporting growth plans for clients.
With this vision anchored in the legacy we’ve built over the next nine decades, we’re charting the way for the next 100 years.
